WCA Plugin for CP4D Jupyter notebooks

Customers who have CP4D and want WCA to inject Python directly into their Jupytper notebooks.

    I completely agree with the suggestion for adding this new capability. It's worth noting that similar features are already available in competing tools like Google Gemini’s AI coding tool and GitHub Copilot. Implementing this functionality would greatly enhance the tool's capabilities and keep our users interested in CP4D

    Our data scientists are envious of AI Code Assistanct functionality currently available (often including a free tier) with GitHub's Copilot and Google Gemini's AI coding tool.  Since their current platform is Cloud-Pak-for-Data, they would love to have this capability incorporated into Watson Studio's Jupyter notebooks.

    Our clients are very interested in this to make a user centric approach and enhance accessibility for developers!  This is a huge decision point for ease of use and accessibility in Canada.
