Status Functionality already exists

Raise learning of large codebases to be a dominant requirement

As part of Linux kernel team, I have to deal with a very large codebase. Booting up with this code base is not trivial and takes a very long time. WCA team should consider the learning task a highly important feature. This can save thousands of man hours by speeding up the learning. Users should be able to prompt WCA with queries that touch a large amount of code / files. Most importantly this will unburden users from low-value task and allow them to consider/build high-value tasks.

I am attaching herewith a list of queries that a user should be able to ask.  Competing products like Cursor already do that.

I saw the comment from Oscar Hong:

Hi, we are working on this. One solution today is with RAG: https://w3.ibm.com/w3publisher/wca-ibm/features#rag

In addition the status is set as: Functionality already exist

I do not think tagging the idea as "Functionality already exist" is correct. The suggested way is a NON-STARTER. It is perhaps acceptable for folks doing WCA development, but certainly not its users
