Need option in WCA to input a voice prompt

Why is it Useful?

==============

Integrating voice prompt input into a WCA offers several significant advantages:

Enhanced Productivity & Efficiency:

Hands-Free Operation: Users can interact with the application without needing to type, allowing them to focus on presenting, taking notes, or engaging in discussions. This is especially beneficial during active meetings or when multitasking.

Faster Input: Speaking is often faster than typing for many people, enabling quicker command execution, content generation, or information retrieval.

Reduced Friction: Less friction in interacting with the AI can lead to more frequent and natural use of its capabilities.

Improved Accessibility:

For Users with Mobility Impairments: Provides an alternative input method for individuals who find typing difficult or impossible.

For Users with Visual Impairments: Can assist with navigation, content creation, and information access without relying solely on screen readers and keyboard input.

Reduced Cognitive Load: Speaking commands can be more intuitive and less mentally taxing than navigating complex menus or remembering specific keyboard shortcuts.

Natural Interaction:

Intuitive User Experience: Voice interaction feels more natural and conversational, mirroring how people communicate in real-world settings.

Who Would Benefit From It?

======================
Accessibility Users: Individuals with physical disabilities (e.g., limited hand mobility, RSI) or visual impairments who rely on voice commands for computer interaction.

Multitaskers: Anyone who needs to interact with the WCA while performing other tasks that occupy their hands or eyes (e.g., writing on a whiteboard, gesturing, looking at physical documents).

How Should It Work?

=================

The voice prompt input feature should be designed with user control, clarity, and efficiency in mind:

Activation Mechanism:

Dedicated Button: A prominent microphone icon or "Voice Command" button in the WCA interface (e.g., in the toolbar, near the chat window).

Voice Hotword (Optional): A configurable hotword (e.g., "Hey WCA," "Hey Watson") could activate listening, though this requires careful implementation to avoid accidental triggers and privacy concerns.

Push-to-Talk (Recommended for control): A key combination (e.g., Ctrl+Space or Command+Space) could be held down while speaking, similar to walkie-talkies. This provides clear user intent.
