Add Traditional Chinese support for WCA4Z Explanation and Chat features.

Currently, WCA4Z does not support Traditional Chinese in its Explanation and Chat functionalities, which has become a significant barrier for adoption among clients in Taiwan. Many customers have expressed that Traditional Chinese resources are critical for them to consider using or purchasing the solution.

Without this support, several deals have stalled or failed, and it’s becoming increasingly difficult to promote WCA4Z in the Taiwan market.

We propose to include Traditional Chinese language support in the product roadmap as soon as possible, or at least provide a tentative timeline or commitment so that we can better manage customer expectations and keep opportunities alive.

Jul 11th Add:
Language Details:
• zh-Hant → Traditional Chinese script in general, not tied to a specific region. Useful for broad Traditional Chinese support regardless of local wording differences.
• zh-TW → Traditional Chinese as used in Taiwan, including local vocabulary and expressions.
• zh-HK → Traditional Chinese used in Hong Kong, with region-specific terms.
• zh-MO → Traditional Chinese used in Macau, with region-specific terms.
• zh-Hans → Simplified Chinese script, used in Mainland China (zh-CN), Singapore (zh-SG), and Malaysia (zh-MY).

While Traditional Chinese is currently the most critical need for our clients in Taiwan, supporting both Traditional and Simplified Chinese would be the ideal scenario for broader market coverage.

    Adding Traditional Chinese (zh-Hant, zh-TW) support is essential to unlocking stalled opportunities and meeting the clear demand from Taiwanese clients, who view localized language functionality as a baseline requirement for adoption.
