Train, increase and adapt the explainability phase for customer needs

The possibility for the explainability asset to have something like a dictionary, a repository... in order to train the model and having tailored fit answer. This repository would be populated by the customer and his assets and specification (for exemple, a cobol program starting with "II" who is related to life Insurance). This would be a major assets compared to AWS code whisperer which also does the cobol explanation (and for free).

The idea is really to have the possibility to custom the product for the customer
