WDS Deployment utility

Can we have some utility or a UI based tool which makes deployment from one environment to another environment easy? Currently we have to manually move the complete corpus, training data and model to a new environment, which is time consuming and doubles the effort.

Also once the deployment is done then later if there is any incremental change then the utility should be able to move the incremental changes like corpus, training data from source to target environment. The tool should be able to identify whether the content has been updated or deleted for us to take some action.
