More options to the bias format in query parameters

Our project would quite certainly benefit from using the bias parameter in querys: rather that using a hard filter based on some metadata value, we would like to weigh some metadata values more in certain cases. However, our metadata values are mostly strings, and currently the bias parameter only supports a date or number format, as per documentation: https://console.bluemix.net/apidocs/discovery#query-your-collection. So, if the bias parameter would support more formats than just number or date, our project could use it (and I assume quite many other projects as well have a lot of metadata in string format in ingested documents)
