Add the BPMN 2.0 Intermediate Timer Event to the list of supported BPMN objects

You should consider and add this crucial element of the BPMN standard into the product.

We use webMethods Designer to create BPM Processes. In nearly every process we require an intermediate timer event.

With our current version (webMethods 10.5) there is no such intermediate event. This always leads to workarounds which do not only result in a worse clarity of the model but also in many glue code/objects.

Because there already is a timer in the other intermediate events (join timeout) it should not be a big problem to implement the BPMN 2.0 intermediate timer event.

It would be advantageous if it would also be possible to not only set the timeout value but also the timer execution time with a java.util.Date object (always UTC) from within the pipeline model.
