Admin rights to new WKS instance

When I create a new subscription to WKS, it does not automatically assign any rights to the creator.  WKS tool assigns admin rights to the first person using it and now others cannot even find who has admin rights.  This makes it hard for us to administer and organize.  Ideally the resource group admin and the creator of the subscription should have rights so they can manage and administer rights going forward.
