Support for git hooks in Watson Studio to enable automatic script execution for git operations

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Git offers hooks that are automatically executed during git operations (commit, push, merge, etc.). These hooks work with Watson Studio but they are located in .git folder and are not part of a git repository. As the .git folder is part of the image for environments a custom image is necessary to make git hooks work.

If Watson Studio would enable customizing the git hooks for all environments, the use of them would be much easier. A possible solution might be in combination with http://pre-commit.com/.

An important use case for git hooks in Data Science projects is to remove output from notebooks, or credentials from scripts before commiting to git.
