Enable Context Based Restrictions for watsonx.data as a Service

As an enterprise solution architect I should be able to design network access policies for watsonx.data as a service provided by the platform that limits the network access to deployments and project resources based on a set of rules defined within Context Based Restrictions framework (https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/account?topic=account-context-restrictions-whatis).

 

The watsonx.data as a service should allow the following network access control scenarios:

Limit network access to private endpoints only (Please confirm when https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/watsonxdata?topic=watsonxdata-setup_vpe is available beyond Sydney & Toronto)

Restrict source of the network connections for API & UI calls to a specific VPC or CIDR (Please confirm this feature is supported as https://dataplatform.cloud.ibm.com/docs/content/wsj/getting-started/security-network.html?context=wx&audience=wdp)

Enable protection for platform UI & APIs (e.g. manage deployments)

Enable protection for service UI & APIs (e.g. text generation)

Allow scoping CBRs to specific project
