Customer wants to set a Schedule report frequency multiple times a day. there is no option to schedule hourly refresh in the on demand offering.. Currently we only have options for Daily, Weekly and Monthly as per documentation

MS Teams integration for Cognos cloud

Microsoft Teams integration is available for Cognos on Prem, but not on any of the Cloud offerings. This is a major drawback for cloud and should be implemented asap.
