Importing assets, need a select all button

In the projects for the connectors that don't support MDI, we use the "Import assets" option. With CP4D today, we need to select all items one by one and this is a painful task as we have a lot of items to select. We need a "select all" button.

Terms or rules or categories filtering capabilities are not providing custom relationships as filtering criteria. This is definitely needed.

We use multiple custom relationships to classify artifacts and categories. In order to filter artifacts and categories based on custom relationships we need this capability in IKC.

DQ Rule output column to me made available in IKC BI Data Service Model. We have certain rule how to name output columns of Data Rules and we have established reporting to monitor naming convention. This will ensure the quality of the data quality.
