Duplicate flow to put new flow in same folder as original flow

Currently when duplicating a flow in CP4D the new flow is put in the root folder and not in the same folder as the original flow. Would be better if it worked like legacy and put the new flow in same folder

DSNJ114I should indicate the failed copy

We had an issue (see TS154521528) where we lost all archives due to an issue with the copy2 copies on tape but instead it was the copy1 that was indicated as failed due to a storage abend but without any external message.

Watson Pipeline - Allow dragging flows onto canvas
