MFA should be supported when logging with Data Studio

Multifactor Authentication is not currently supported to connect to DB2 using Data Studio. We are using MFA (Factor TOTP) to connect to TSO, CICS and other products. However we cannot connect through Data Studio as it does not support MFA.

In 11.1 and up you now sort first by object type, but that breaks all the navigation we had to rebuild in moving from 10 to 11. We would much prefer the return of custom sorting, but at the very least need someway to specify a sort order.
