The current NVARCHAR data type supports maximum of 255 bytes. In case of use UTF-8 it's not sufficient becuase it means to store about 127 UTF-8 characters.

PSUSP jobs need JOB_CONTROLS

Business users are often missing to add the escape characters “\\” as it is confusing for them to perform this type of search. We should have a workaround on this such as say use a double quote to search for an exact match, etc.
