JDBC driver parameter to compress LOB/XMLs to reduce network overhead

We have a JDBC application INSERT or UPDATING a LOB/XML column. Currently this can cause transaction slowness as the INSERT or UPDATE has to wait for the uncompressed LOB to travel across network.

Rename Foreign Key

Up to now a RENAME FOREIGN KEY is only possible by dropping and re-creating it, thus asking for a CHECK UTILITY to be run.The enhancement of the ALTER to a RENAME would make those actions superfluous and would be much faster.
