Parameter Marker/literal property missing in oracle stage in CP4D

In Stored Procedure stage in IS 11.7.1.x, the Parameter Marker/literal property in Parameter tab can take Datastage Job parameter as a value. This feature is missing in CP4D, due to which the migrated jobs are failing.
