Add resources that are needed

For resizable Jobs,(Optional, as required) we can release resources that are no longer needed. How about add-resources function?For example, I mean like “bresize add”.bresize add "1*hostA 2*hostB hostC" 221 It does seem to help.

Add LSF hostgroups to source list when adding new multiple selection field

When modifying a submission template and adding a new multiple selection field, one of items in the source list should be LSF defined hostgroups. Or a custom script so I can create on to populate the available items.

Define OWNERSHIP for group

When using project group, the ownership can only be set to leaf node(i.e., the project), but cannot be set to a group. Samsung want to define SHARES for each project, define OWNERSHIP for group, and don't want to define OWNERSHIP for each project.
