We have had a challenging problem where users have been pasting in report names, descriptions and other report or object properties in Cognos Analytics. These cause issues in delivery of report output.

While capturing a Risk Event, system error appears requesting end user to refresh the page (APAR PH30431)

The system error impacts end users who may lose data captured and be required to do rework. This creates resistance to use of the system. Although the help text does guide the user to navigate this defect - it is not optimal.
