Lock when editing a skill

Locking a skill when somebody is editing it avoids conflict between users, opening a skill at the same time, and trying to apply modifications.

Make version identification easier

At the present time, there's no way to get on CP4D interface CP4D version. You could get the major version in the "About" tab and some details in the "Version details" tab. But nothing matches the "real" cloud pak for data version number.
