Increased functionality of the "Close to" and "Not Close to" operators

When using the "close to" operators in a condition, would like the ability to specify whether or not the tolerance is only positive or only negative, in addition to the current setting which always works in both a positive and negative direction.

Prevent modification of historical Investment register entries

Users are currently allowed to edit any Investment Register entries, regardless of if they are in a historically closed accounting period. This can cause issues when trying to re-run consolidation for previous periods.

Increase the data point limit to allow for more than 32767 data points (INT16_MAX)

Some applications have large amounts of data points, and to display, for example, a year of data, requires more datapoints to be possible. It would be desirable for a higher limit to be available.
