Support additional headers for dbapi context

Additional HTTP headers are only supported for console context and not for dbapi context. Please support this also for dbapi context. We need to use the data for our web frontend. This is using java script, so we need the header required for CORS....

Editing a job: showing job name on all "Edit job" screens

It would be nice to show the job name on every "Edit job" screen. Currently, the job name is shown on the 1st and 3rd screens (Define and Finish) but not on the 2nd screen (Select databases).
