dmgetsubscriptionstatus command reports the same status for Failed and Inactive subscriptions

dmgetsubscriptionstatus command gives the same output for Failed and Inactive subscription and that is "Idle". If we are to run an User-Exit Program to automate the start-up for Failed subscriptions, we aren't able to identify the failed ones.
