Watermark in Dashboarding

We need to distinghish Dashbaords build by end users and dashbaords build by BI-Team (validated) For this it would be a good practise to add a "Watermark" option which can be added (based on security groups) to the dashbaords.

Bilingual filters works in Report but not working in Dashboard
