Show Brand Icon in app bar

In CA 11.1.7 there was a brand icon in the appbar which was visible on every page. In CA 11.2 onwards this icon is missing and you can only see the brand icon on the startpage. As soon as you navigate to another page there is no brand icon visible...

In the "Availability" alerts correct the "Log Space" to operate on current space usage rather than top usage. I don't see this as an enhancement - I see this as a fix for a broken feature.

Allow temp tables and backup before images to handle temp dbspaces which fill up.

If temporary tables/backup before images are spread across multiple temp dbspaces and one fills then put the data/page into the temp dbspaces which have space.This would stop backups/jobs failing.
