Allow sorting of dimension by values of one or more attributes

Dimension member sorting is fairly limited right now. Sorting by name or input. This makes it hard to display members in a certain order, for example in filters.

Text orientation

Text orientation is not supported from Excel, so when you publish a sheet and view it via PAW the text loses its formatting. This means I have to make the columns extra wide just so the headings are readable.

When grid values are shown as percentages. Compute variances by subtracting the percentage rather than underlying number.
