PAW Member names need ability to used Default Alias

We need to be able to set the Dimension Members on the right to a default Alias.We have many code names at the element level that are not user friendly or have changed. So showing the base code in the members does not work.

Change REST API Error Messages So That They Reflect Security Access

When a user does not have access to an object the REST API returns an error that the object does not exist. This is confusing and makes troubleshooting difficult. The API should return an Access Denied error if there is no security access.
