Make Select Into Global Variables dynamically preparable

DB2 for z/OS v12 currently only allows SELECT ... INTO in app. programs and stored procedures. It would be extremely useful if users could perform SELECT INTO global variables in dynamic queries.

DELETE entry in SYSCOPY based on when the image copy dataset is not found in the ICF catalog

Db2 Recover or Db2 Log Analysis tool could get an error referring to a Image Copy dataset that not longer exists. The above could happen when there is a misalignment between the Db2 catalog information (syscopy) and ICF catalog.
