Show message when adding email address that is already in the list

When maintaining the email distribution list for a report, the interface doesn't accept an email address that is already in the list (which is good), neither does it give a message saying exactly that (which is not so good). As you do not know why...

Deliver server installation as Docker package

With Microsoft looking to implement support for Docker (docker.com), it could be nice to have a delivery option as a Docker package. Not necessarily via dockerhub, it's possible to load and use a docker image from a downloaded file as well.

DELETE entry in SYSCOPY based on when the image copy dataset is not found in the ICF catalog

Db2 Recover or Db2 Log Analysis tool could get an error referring to a Image Copy dataset that not longer exists. The above could happen when there is a misalignment between the Db2 catalog information (syscopy) and ICF catalog.

Detect like-named objects and convert to non-part objects on current SSID

Object Profile contained some like-named objects that were added to the profile when they were Partitioned and now they are no longer Partitioned. This would require us to update the Object Profile for those objects and resubmit the job.
