Add Options for Trend/Baselines to Rave 2 Visualizations

Cognos Charts have multiple options for adding trend/baselines/target lines to Visualizations. The new Visualizations do not have this feature.

Search for values when creating filter in interactive mode

When a report is created and saved in interactive mode. Users have ability to create custom filters. When creating the filter, there is no option to search for the values. Instead the users have to scroll through the value list.
