User Preference settings for Case Management set up

Have one control setting for user preferences on how they want Investigation cases to look. It seems I have to set my column and field preferences for each queue. SP should have one control setting for cases.

Support multi-sort and multi-filters within Queries

The old UI supported multi-sort within query results but that is no longer supported in the new UI. Additionally, being able to further customize filters with multiple values or a "does not contain" option would be beneficial.

The Rule Analysis table should include all of the columns supported within the Rules table, including Rule Conditions, Rule Conclusions, Priority, Ruleset, Ruleset Priority, etc.

Integrate Case Transition with MEMO Save

Currently users have to enter memos and then save them and then transition the case to close. It would be helpful to have the memos automatically save when cases are transitioned from one state to another to avoid any lost messages.
