Sym7211 HF Spot instance support

We would like to take advantage AWS spot instance to low cost. We create spot request without biding price but with max price to avoid interruption. Idea, we also HF can cancel spot request with a period time say 2 hours which should be configurable.

Enhance audit logs to capture events information in Spectrum Symphony 7.2.0.2

The currently audit logs do not capture the source IP from which the events are trigrred. It only captures the master host IP which is not correct as the actions are triggered from the browser by a user from it client machine into the PMC GUI.
