IWA Fragment Missing

Completely drop storage of all data and index partitions with truncate table command

I just truncated 2 huge tables, after "alter table extent size nnnn".. It took a while for the storage to come down to new extent size, but only table partition shrunk. Index partitions was unaffected, still huge.
