Clicks in viz should filter global filter in dashboards

When we click on a viz inside a dashboard it, by default, filters the other widget in the dashboard. It does not filter the data added in the filter pane which is also part of the dashboard.

Bilingual filters works in Report but not working in Dashboard

When I create a bilingual Dashboard, the default language is English, the filters are in English. But If I change the language in “My Preference” to French, the filters are not selected (not switched to French).
