Auto populate tax and other statistical accounts calculation for Journals

For journal impacting PL, Tax lines are manually calculated and updated to journal including statistical accounts. System should auto add tax lines based on Tax rates per country by adding option in journal like "Calculate tax".

Company ending date should not impact user rights

We have noticed that when setting an ending date in the company structure, the company is automatically removed from the security rights. This is clearly a misbehaviour since you still need access to the company to view historical data.
