Reset License Counter or Show Active Licenses

Currently, the License Counter is useless, as it does not show the current License needs, only shows historically the highest level each user ever has been granted.

gzip support with filter option on sequential file stage when using multiple files option

Our use case is that we need to split data into multiple files by "x" key, and as the data is huge (MB to GBs) we want to also have the files compressed while being written to. The option works when just writing the data into a single file.
