    Switch the "IBM Data Server Client" over to an MSI installer for Windows machines

    Currently the installer uses an ancient InstallShield installer that is a nightmare to roll out. It would be nice if it could be transitioned over to an MSI installer because those are easier to uninstall and roll out.
