    Cognos Analytics 11.0.7 - Scheduled Jobs access issue

    ISSUE: Jobs in a secured "scheduled jobs" folder are set to have READ only access. In our validation of the 11.0.7, it was observed that the run option is provided to users with read access to this folder. This allows the user to trigger jobs to run.
