    Upon selecting a cube view in PAW workbook, Tool bar should have one refresh buttons instead of two refresh buttons.

    We have noticed in PAW that if we select a cube view inside a book, the tool bar has 2 refresh buttons, it confuses users to use which one, though one is for book and one for particular object. It would be good if we have only one icon.
