    In Cognos 12.0.4 IF2, I need to set a default prompt using the new dynamic prompt feature. However, it's not letting me set the value I need. It was determined that this is not a defect since specifying the type of value (caption or MUN) is not a feature of the default parameter feature yet. I was told to submit a request for it to be added as an enhancement for a future release.

    Using a report as a dashboard, using a Dynamic Cube, we need to default the dashboard to display the current month of data.

    Data module: add governors

    Governors should be available in data modules like they are in Framework Manager. For example it is currently not possible to prevent local processing.
