Prevent defined files from being deleted during installation

Request for an configurable options of files and folders, that are not deleted during installation or upgrade situation.

Watch new versions - not available

The capability "Watch new versions" for saved outputs is not available (as it was in C10). The new C11 function "Subscribe" is not an adequate replacement, because the user should not create an own schedule.
