    Require that symA wait for an instance to join the cluster before returning it. Currently the symA can return an instance before join. We can control this behaviour with a config param, but the default should be to wait.

    OIDC support for the Rest API

    Currently OIDC support is only available for SymRest for workload submission. But it is not in place for RESTful API reference for EGO. it will be good to bridge the gap.

    Currently, only standby service supports to start service on preferred resource group. Request to have such option with pre-start service as well as the first time run will always slow with standby service
