In 11.2.2, when I go to recent in the hamburger menu, I can only remove from recent. I used to be able to share, copy, move, etc. I would like to be able to do these things again.

capabilities option for saving to external file system.

We have jobs that save to an external file location and then automation, but had users also saving to this location who should not be allowed to. It caused errors with automation. There is no option to stop users from doing this.

Manage Customizations is admin only function
