PAW - Reduce White space and Optimize screen usage

Tables and figures should be thinner to have more space for business content. PAW front end is currently using to much space of the screen for menu bars, etc. All the red marked areas should be thinner to have more space for business content.

Cognos Analytics 11.0.7 - Scheduled Jobs access issue

ISSUE: Jobs in a secured "scheduled jobs" folder are set to have READ only access. In our validation of the 11.0.7, it was observed that the run option is provided to users with read access to this folder. This allows the user to trigger jobs to run.
