LSF manual run of jon should give a recommanded host vs no recommandation

In rtm when we force run pending job, the server chosen is default one, it should be recommendation from LSF sch. Also brun should have a option to suggest a server per lsf vs manually choosing one.

Ability to specify cores or exclusive host for Benchmark job

Currently all benchmark jobs submitted via RTM use 1 core. Also, one cannot specify node to be exclusively used via bsub -x. This allows other jobs to land on same node and thus tainting benchmark numbers
