Ability to configure Search to return exact matches

Add the option to turn off natural language searching from Search. This should work similar to a "contains" search. Currently it can be very difficult to get to exactly what you want as objects that are similar to the search criteria are displayed.

Would like the ability to more easily edit tooltips in reporting and dashboarding. Currently you can add HTML items and javascript to add more to tooltips, however it would be nice if this was an out of the box feature.
