    System Administrator should have the ability to renew credentials on behalf of any other user

    System Administrators current have no ability to renew other users credentials on their behalf. This is very inconvenient as it would otherwise be necessary to always know users' credentials prior to renewing them.

    Update for Cognos 10.2.2 and above. Update API version used for Salesforce.com data source connection. 10.2.2 leverages API version 18 which Salesforce has expanded the objects available within the connection in later releases.
