    Ability to change hard-coded message when an error is seen on Watsonx Orchestrate

    If Watsonx Orchestrate agents are built along a different english than english i.e. Portuguese, any errors seen are going to return a hard-coded message in English stating: I am sorry, I did not understand your question. Please try again.
