Add LM-X licManager to LicSched

We would like the LicenseManager LM-X from Altair being montiored by LS in addition to flexlm and rlm. We are using the elim approach for LM-X still while all flexlm and rlm servers are monitored by LS already.

Huge *.out files is getting created in /tmp issue

LSF should support mapping resources to host group(s)

Add regular expression filtering for Job Name, Project, and Job Group for searching for jobs

Presently, filtering by wildcard in LSF is only supported in two location, and that filtering is quite limited. It would be nice to extend that filtering to regular expressions and extend it to key fields like project name.
